This one is just a small bug fix – on some Windows 10 systems and Windows 11 systems, when installing a file could get corrupted, and Eagle Cut wouldn’t run correctly after that. Fixed.

This one is just a quick bug fix – rotate and flip operations before sending a plot to the cutter is now fixed.
